Adopt-A-Spot provides residents and/or organizations with a means to help keep the Hutto Community a clean and beautiful place to live, work, and play.

The Great Hutto Cleanup is a trash off and Junk Round Up held annually as part of the Don’t Mess With Texas Trash-Off and Great American Cleanup.

Litter is the result of too little attention to how waste is handled — the careless and casual handling of waste creates litter. One person, one business, one organization can positively affect the behavior of others in their community.
As an affiliate of Keep Texas Beautiful, we are involved in the annual Don't Mess With Texas Trash Off and Great American Cleanup. Keeping our parks and neighborhoods free of litter, as well as providing opportunities for hazardous items to be collected, are just some of the ways we strive to Keep Hutto Beautiful.
Keep Hutto Beautiful is dedicated to the beautification and sustainability of the Hutto Community. Our mission is to inspire the community to be environmentally engaged by providing education, resources, green initiatives and beautification opportunities.

Keep Hutto Beautiful conducts a Litter Attitudes Survey. We encourage all residents, students and business to complete this quick and easy survey to help us improve our programs.
The Keep America Beautiful mission is to inspire and educate people to take action every day to improve and beautify their community environment.
Take Care of Texas is a statewide campaign from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality that provides helpful information on Texas’ successes in environmental protection and encourages all Texans to help keep our air and water clean, conserve water and energy, reduce waste, and save a little money in the process!
The Keep Texas Beautiful mission is to educate and engage Texans to take responsibility for improving their community environment. They do this through programming and education addressing their three focus areas: Litter Prevention, Beautification, and Waste Reduction.
For 30 Years, Don't Mess With Texas has channelled Texas-Sized state pride to remind Texans to keep trash off our roads. Inspired by true Texas pride, they go to great lengths to keep our state litter-free with award-winning ads, statewide road tours, education programs, and contests.
